In 1990 Yolanda entered the circle of Award winners at Coldwell Banker,such as Agent of the Year, a prestigious award voted on by her collegues. "Top Producer" which she has been awarded several times throughout the year .In the year 2000 Yolanda sold over five million dollars in Gross sales volume and entered the distinguished "PRESIDENT'S CLUB". In 2001, Coldwell Banker's Management recognized Yolanda for her innovative marketing techniques, and promoted her to Assistant Branch Sales Manager in charge of Marketing. Now relocating her business to Prudential Wheeler Steffen Residential Real Estate,Inc. Yolanda surrounds herself with colleagues that have the highest of ethics and standards for this competetive industry. Yolanda realizes that many of her transactions involve probates or job transfers requiring a  style, patience, and the expertise that continually leads her to successful results.
